摘要

The assesment of tutor teacher in teaching practice is important to student who are going to be a teacher. Teaching practice is a course to practice teaching in faculty of teacher training and education. There are eigth components of teaching practiceIn this thesis, the research only focused in eight basic components of micro teaching skill. The research is done at seven semester students of english study program in university of pasir pengaraian. The purpose of this research is to know how is the assesment of tutor teacher toward pre-service teacher at seven semester students of english study program in university of pasir pengaraian. The methodology of this research is qualitative research. The sample of this research were 12 tutor teacher in senior high school.In analysing this research, the researcher use the teacher instrumentation assessments (IPKG 2). From the analysis, it can be concluded that the assesment of tutor teacher toward pre-service teacher at University of Pasir Pengaraian is very good category.
机译:辅导老师在教学实践中的评估对要当老师的学生很重要。教学实践是在教师培训和教育学院中实践教学的课程。教学实践中存在着十分重要的组成部分,本文仅针对微观教学技能的八个基本组成部分进行了研究。这项研究是在巴西蓬加拉亚大学的七个学期的英语学习课程学生中完成的。这项研究的目的是要了解在巴西帕加拉大学的七个学期英语学习课程的补习教师对职前教师的评估。本研究的方法论是定性研究。这项研究的样本是高中的12位导师。在分析这项研究时,研究人员使用了教师仪表评估(IPKG 2)。从分析中可以得出结论,巴西蓬加拉安大学的导师教师对职前教师的评估是非常好的一类。
